Aida Rouzmehr is the Material Science Product Lead at Genentech, where she provides strategic, end-to-end oversight for ATMP materials across the Individualized & Cell Therapy portfolio. Partnering closely with technical development teams, she focuses on deep material understanding, robust oversight, and quality assurance. Aida brings over a decade of process development and engineering experience to her role, with expertise spanning complex materials, single-use technologies, and technology transfer, alongside a proven track record in start-up operations and technical development across biologics, ATMPs, and medical devices. She holds Master’s degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Materials Science.
