Heesoon Chang
Chief Executive Officer KW-Bio
Dr. Heesoon Chang is the CEO of KW-BIO, bringing extensive experiences in global pharmaceutical strategy and business development. She previously served as CEO of KW-BIO’s predecessor companies and held senior leadership positions at Orgenesis Korea, Curogene Life Sciences, Vaxcell-Bio, Kimberly-Clark, and as Research Professor at the University of Southern California and Instructor at Harvard University.
Dr. Chang also conducted postdoctoral researches at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania, where she contributed to advanced studies in immunology and drug development. With dual training in science and management, holding Ph.D. from Yonsei University and MBA from Korea University, she integrates scientific expertise with strategic leadership to drive KW-BIO’s global growth.
